OWENS, Jr., Wayne B.

Wayne B. Owens Jr, beloved husband, father, grandpa, son, brother, uncle and friend, age 54 of Xenia, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020, at his home with his family by his side. Wayne battled cancer for several years and showed resilience, strength, and determination to the end. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, to Wayne and Patsy Owens. He is

survived by his beloved wife Beth Owens of 30 years; daughters Brittany Shoemaker (Zach) and Amanda Landis (Andy); grandchildren Blake Owens; Riah, Zeke, and Noah Shoemaker; Hunter, Owen and Alivia Landis. Sisters, Sue Fisher and Debbie Baker (Clint); sister-in-law Laura Aldridge (David); multiple nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Patsy Owens, brother-in-law Jeff Fisher, nephews Jeff Fisher, Jr. and Kevin Fisher, and mother-in-law Nancy Curtis. Wayne wanted more than anything for his body to be donated to science in hopes to save someone else's life and was accepted to the Ohio State Donor Program.
