Ed was such a great guy. It’s so sweet that our wedding was the last one Ed got the chance to do. We will miss him!

I can’t even remember the first time I met Ed. All I know is the more I got to know him he was the kindest guy that you would ever meet. Eric and I went through a hard time and they were the first to help us during that time and I will never forget that kindness. Ed was also a wonderful Sunday school teacher. Vicki our thoughts and prayers are with you

Ed was a sweet and kind man. I remember a time I went with Bernita to his house. Bernita and his wife was baking sugar cookies and decorate them for Christmas. I went to watch them. When they were done we were getting ready to leave he had his wife give me half of her cookies because I didn’t have any for Christmas. It really touched my heart. I will miss Ed when I come to visit the church.

Vicki,
So sorry for your loss, I hope you find comfort in these messages. Although I didn't know Ed well I've heard many good things about him. I've been told that he often referred to you as his bride and I think that is so endearing! It is evident that he was a good man and loved you dearly. Always hold on to that...

Vickie,
Ed was such a kind soul. He will be so missed. His kind words and smile truly made me smile a lot. His help with the kids programs and all the fun times at church will be missed as well. God was ready to bring him home and enjoy him. Love and hugs

As far back as I remember Ed was in the sound both at church he was the definition of a kind soul. I remember several of us young men wanting to learn how to run the sound equipment and Ed was so patient and kind and very intelligent. He was a quiet man not easily angered a fine mentor for the men who had the honor of learning from him.

Mr. A.....what can I say. You were such a dear friend for so many years. So many good memories, like throwing you a biscuit across the table when you asked me to pass one, and taking a bite out of your sandwich at Dairy Queen before it made it home to you. And then there's our sound check at church when I would yell back at you "are we ready, Mr. A?" We will miss you so very much. We are grieving with Vickie. But it was time for God to say, "We are ready, Mr. A!"

To you Vicki, and your entire family, my sympathy on the loss of Ed. For electrical problems, Ed was my go to man. "Ed, I got a problem with......" He would give me a look of quiet assurance and in his soft spoken manor, would get the job done. Goodbye my friend.

Ed was so quiet but we knew he was a true Christian. He was a giver of whatever he had. I am thankful for God's promise to be reunited with him in heaven.

Vicki,
Ed was such a kind man, he was always happy, smiling, and laughing when we saw him. Jeff and I were so happy for both of you when you found each other. You shared a true, deep, unconditional love and it showed anytime we saw you two or even spoke to you over the phone. A true soulmate is once in a lifetime, and I’m so thankful you both had that.
I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that Ed is in heaven watching over you and Bella, waiting for you to join him again, where you can continue your happily ever after for eternity.
Please know you are in our hearts and prayers now, and for all the days to come. We will be here, and do whatever we can to help you. Love you friend ~ Froggy and Jeff

Ed was such a solid, family loving man. My sister, Vicki, felt so loved and secure in her marriage to Ed. I believe that his unconditional love for her is what will help her continue on until it's her time, also, to be with her Lord and Savior. Thanks, Ed, for loving our sister.

Ed brought much happiness to my sister Vicki. She loved Ed as much as any husband could ever hope for and I think that was because he loved her so much. Rest in peace Ed.
