Dale Glenn
Age 62, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021, at Atrium Medical
Center where he had been a patient for three weeks. He was born June 15, 1958, in Pennsylvania and moved to Ohio when he was 18 years old. He was employed as a truck driver for Ernst Concrete for 8 years. Dale was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Preceding him in death were his parents, Glenn and Anna Helmstadter. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Phyllis Helmstadter; four
children, Amber Raney, Jesse Bush, Elizabeth Bush and Jamie Bush; twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Lynn Smith-Rathbun and husband Mark; one niece Megan Rathbun; and many extended family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, January 9, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown. Private services will be at the convenience of the family. The family is honoring his wish to be cremated. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
