Karen and Kathy, we are thinking of you today. I have nothing but fond memories of Uncle Bob. I remember visiting the old farm as a very young child, later working with him in the blacktop and at the paper mill as a young man, fishing and hunting and just hanging around talking and laughing. He had the best stories and loved a good joke. I've learned so much from him through the years. He was a perfect example of how to be a man. We will all miss him dearly.

I know this is a sad time for your family. Praying God will comfort your hearts and give you peace in your minds. Bob was so thoughtful and kind. He was always on the front porch waving and inviting us to" come sit for a spell". He was proud of his motorcycle and took me for rides. When our church needed a wagon to be a part of the 4th of July parade in Franklin he was more than willing to let us use one of his. He shared his flowers and garden vegetables with us. Jeff baled hay for him. We went to the farm when he had blue grass jam sessions. He was proud of the furniture he made and took us to the barn to see it. When I needed to haul a water heater he took me to Fairfield in his truck," no problem" he said. He was like family to us. We loved him and appreciated him. Even though we moved to Florida we think of him often and refer to him as Farmer Bob.

Karen and Kathy my heart broke when I seen Shorty had passed. I am so sorry for the loss I know you both and the family have suffered a great loss, He was always so kind and gentle and we loved him so much. I will never forget how he would fry fish and talk me into eating it or taking it home with me. I know from loosing my mom and dad no words seem to be enough to hear right now,,, so for now I just want to say I know you all will miss him dearly and my heart breaks for you both. Rex and I both love you all so much. Prayers!!!
