Jack Johnson was a wonderful fellow-- as good as they come.
I know that there are very many of us who grieve with you as we hear this news. He will be greatly missed, but I also trust that we are only parted from him for a brief season, and that we will see him again soon. The God of all comfort will keep (and soothe) our hearts and minds as we abide in Him.. our prayer will be focused on you in this time of sorrow, and we will look ahead with you toward the coming joy..

Have so many wonderful memories of Jack and the Johnson family. They always welcomed me (and so many others) with open arms. Jack was such an amazing role model. He will be so missed but look forward to seeing him again in eternity! The photo was taken in the Johnson back yard in 1975.
