It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Ann L. (Fico) Messore, age 86 , longtime resident of West Haven, on May 26th, 2021. She was the wife of the late Ralph E. Messore and the daughter of the late Andrew Fico and Natalie Asuntino Fico.
Ann was devoted to her family's business, the former Debonair Hotel, was an active parishioner at OLOV, church, as well as a member of the Saint Andrew's Society. She loved to shop and get her hair done in a signature style that could easily be recognized around town. Always dressed from head to toe, Ann loved having coffee at Dunkin Donuts with her many friends, including Mary Johnson.
Ann (Nonni) leaves behind her family & greatest joys in this world, her children and three grandchildren. Her beloved daughter Angela Messore Beebe & granddaughter Anna Sage Beebe. Her beloved son Drew Messore, his wife Heather Messore, & their children Aidan Messore & Iris Messore.
The hours for visitation will take place on WEDNESDAY from 4 to 7 pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the green. On Thursday morning the procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Victory Church (formerly St. John Vianney Church) at 10 o'clock. Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
