Albert RENO Obituary
78 of Springfield, passed away June 11, 2021, in the Springfield Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born in Hillsboro, Ohio, on July 31, 1942, the son of Robert Hopkins and Marjorie Eilene (Fling) Reno. Bill was a 1960 graduate of Hillsboro High School. He retired from Ohio Bell/Ameritech with approximately 38 years of service. He was a member of the Pioneers/Ameritech Retirees Club, the Elks, the Champagne Cruisers Car Club and the Whizzer motorbike and Cushman Collector Clubs. He also was an avid antique collector, NASCAR fan and antique car enthusiast, especially the Camaro. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Carol; sister Marjorie Ann Hahne; and brother Robert L. "Bob" Reno. Survivors include his sons Bill (Sherry Crank) Reno and Douglas (Kathy) Reno; brother Tom (Helen) Reno; sister Sharon
(Warren) Craig; grandchildren Dale Douglas Reno, Brooke
Suzanne Reno and Joshua Alan Reno; a special friend Mary Kreitzer; and many nieces and nephews. Services to honor Bill will be Thursday at 1:00PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A gathering of family and friends will
