Louise K. Baumholtz, age 80, of San Antonio, West Palm Beach, Florida, York, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia died Sunday, July 11, 2021, surrounded by her family at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She was the wife of Allan P. Baumholtz.
Born October 3, 1940, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Myles R. and Kathryn L. (Carpenter) Yorty. She was a 1961 graduate of the Women's Medical College School of Nursing, a 1971 graduate of the University of the Arts, and a 1998 graduate of Temple University Real Estate School. She was retired from Towne Real Estate Management Company in Philadelphia where she worked as a Real Estate Broker, specializing in real estate management. She was also a Licensed Interior Designer and a Registered Nurse for 35 years.
In addition to her husband of 50 years, Mrs. Baumholtz is survived by a son, Dr. Michael A. Baumholtz, of San Antonio; two grandchildren, Myles and Audrey Baumholtz; her former daughter-in-law, Melissa Baumholtz; a stepson, Eric B. Baumholtz, and his wife Stacey, of Wynnewood, Pennsylvania; and two step grandchildren, Lauren and Matthew Baumholtz.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert; and two sisters, Ruth and Jane.
