the dearly loved husband of Julie,
the much loved dad of Mark and Paul and a dear grandpa of Lily and Isla.
Will friends please meet for service
at Grenoside Crematorium at
12 noon on Thursday 29th July.
Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu of flowers,
if so desired, would be appreciated for The Martin House Children's Hospice, for which a donation plate will be provided at the service.
