Sorry to hear of Roger's passing. What a wonderful and interesting man. Roger did business with Miami County for many years and he was very helpful in meeting solutions and providing service. I always enjoyed his visits and stories. I would often joke with him being like a cat and having "nine lives". I will miss doing business with him and his friendship.
