Passed peacefully at his home
on 12th August 2021,
surrounded by his family.
The funeral will be taking place
at 1.00pm on Monday 6th September at St Margaret's Church, Horsforth.
The service will be followed by a Celebration of Keith's Life at
Emerald Headingley, Emerald Suite from 2.00pm onwards.
In lieu of flowers, donations to
The Haemophilia Society and
St Gemma's Hospice would be preferred.
