Randy taught me a lot about cars along with my dad. I remember going to see him when I got my first car, a 63 belair, couldn't find an air filter for it but he had one. Years later he helped me with my MUSTANG. When he found out I had joined the Navy he patted me on the back and said "So sorry kid".
Many years later we umpired together and would always tease me about being a sailor.
I will miss your smile.
Love you Randy. RIP

In its simplest terms, Lowell was one of the most remarkable people I have ever known. From being classmates at West Carrollton HS to numerous class reunion, that smile, good humor and positive attitude never diminished. The courage he displayed in dealing with physical issues was unmatched. We measure the quality of a life by the positive impact one has had upon others and, by that standard, by every measure, Lowell was an outstanding human being. My deepest sympathy to his wife Pat and his children, grand children and great grand children.
