Monday 23rd August 2021 aged 79.
Beloved wife of Albert and dearest mother to Geoff, Mark and Steven.
Lovingly reunited with
Albert and Mark.

Funeral held at Lawnswood Crematorium on
20th September at 2.30pm.
Flowers from immediate family,
a collection box will be available in
the chapel for donations in aid of
St Gemma's Hospice, Leeds.
