Collins Eddie September 14th passed away in hospital surrounded by his loving family, aged 83 years.
Eddie, dearly loved husband of Barbara.
A much loved dad of Julie.
A dear father in law of Steven.
Also, a beloved grandad of Christian.
The funeral service and cremation
will take place at Rawdon Crematorium
on Thursday October 7th at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please but
donations in memory of Eddie
may be made to Take Heart.
A collection box will be
available at the service.
