Derrick Smith passed peacefully at Pinderfields Hospital on 24th October 2021, formerly of Went Hill Close, Ackworth late of Walton
Manor Residential Home aged 92 years.
Beloved husband of Pam,
loved father of Rosemary and the late
Nigel, father in law of Les and Julie. Loving grandpa of Katie, Emma
and Lucy and great grandpa to
Addison, Emily, Owen and Oliver.
Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 16th November,12noon at
St Cuthberts, Ackworth.
