Jonathan Jones Obituary
Jonathan Alan Jones, age 41, of Bristol CT, entered into rest on Saturday October 30, 2021.
Jonathan was born in Niagara Falls, NY on November 21, 1979, son of Lisa (Jones) McIver and the late Nathanial Bolden. A Graduate of Hamden High School and the owner and operator of Funky Fresh Media Solutions. Known to his family as JJ and his friends as Barney. He was funny, honest and lovingly outrageous. Jonathan was a Sponsor and a true Basketball Advocate for the youth of Bristol CT. A builder of hope that led to a pathway of dreams for many children. He is the cherished Father of a son, Juda Jones of Texas and a daughter, Jade Jones of New Jersey . He was predeceased by his maternal Grandmother Agnes (Jones) Bruenig. He leaves behind a Brother, Dijon Brown of Waterbury CT. His favorite cousin Kelly Howard, Soul brothers, Fred L Carter and Allen Robertson. A host of Aunts and Uncles and a Family of friends in the town of Bristol CT.
Memorial Service hours will be Wednesday November 10, 2021, from 11am to 1am at Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St. Bristol. In Lieu of Flowers Please donate to the Youth sports program of Bristol CT in his name.
