Heaps Clive Of Oak Tree Close, Mansfield. Passed away on 1st November 2021,
aged 90 years.
Funeral service is to take place on Wednesday 17th November, St Mark's Church, at 11:15am. Followed by a committal at Mansfield Crematorium.
All donations gratefully received in lieu of flowers will go to The Wings Appeal .
