The dearly beloved husband of Caroline, much loved Dad to Chris and Suzie and Grandad to Aaron, Lucas, Oliver and Spencer.
The Funeral Service will take
place at St Mary's Church,
Leyland on Thursday 9th
December at 2.00pm,
followed by committal at
Charnock Richard Crematorium.
