Simmons Pat Of Wetherby, passed away peacefully in Wetherby Manor
on 1st December 2021,
aged 89 years.
Beloved wife of the late
Peter Simmons,
loving mum of Linda and the late Carole and loving grandma of Jonathan, Andrew, Christopher, Jennifer, Rosie and Emily.
The funeral service will take place at St James' Church, Wetherby
on Monday 20th December at 11.45am followed by a
private cremation.
