Delmar was a good person. He was always friendly with me wherever and whenever we would meet. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. May God bless his family and keep them during this time.

Delmar was a good friend of mine. In fact, his family and my family go back to the late 1950's. Delmar and Dawn were good for each other. Those Oakwood Pl. days In Springfield, Ohio bring back great memories.
