I am so sorry to see that Judy has passed away. She was such a wonderful person who had so much love for all persons she encountered. It was my joy and privilege to teach at Community Hospital School of Nursing while she was there. I see her loss as a major loss of a light in the world. Of course her love will endure through her family and through the thousands of nurses she helped form and all the lives they will touch.

Your mom was a lovely lady. Always smiling and glad to see others. Your parents doctored my kids when we moved to Springfield.

Judy was one of a kind and a dear colleague and friend. She always brought humor to the workplace and was an amazing inspiration to her students and all who worked with her. May her memory be a blessing to all who love her.

I was lucky to meet and work with Judy at the OSU College of Nursing. She was a special life force in nursing, mentoring faculty, students and community members. I taught under Judy as my course head. She was an extra ordinary leader and teacher. I recently retired due to husband's illness and she checked in on me weekly. Judy never stopped caring or mentoring as I navigated his disease and retirement. Judy you will be missed by myself, nursing students and the field of nursing.

My sincere condolences to Judy's family. Judy was a colleague and good friend, for 30 years. We met as members of the Ohio League for Nursing, I knew of her fine work at Community Hospital School of Nursing, and we became office mates for a time when she joined OSU College of Nursing! Judy was a skilled and compassionate nurse, a fierce friend, and a force of nature. I will miss her very much. God Speed, Judy.
