Larry Montagne Obituary
Larry passed from this life, December 30, 2021, in a heart beat. He was loved dearly by family and friends, the best of us all.
May the road
rise up to meet you,
May the wind be
always at your back,
May the sun shine
warm upon your face,
May the rain fall soft
upon your fields,
and until we meet again
may God hold you
in the palm of his hand.

We plan to have a celebration of his life in the Spring.

My very first trade show was with Larry & Hank in 1980 in Houston TX To say the least I was shell shocked and Larry helped me thru this event successfully. This led to a career doing shows and events and Larry was always a key part of having great shows. Always enjoyed going to his home in Atlanta to visit with his wife, Lynn and kids. Always felt welcome there. Sorry to say, due to business issues our shared work went away. I missed his expertize, his love for the job, and how he treated people.
A true professional, friend and family man that will be missed.
I am sorry for the very late condolences, but just found out when I was looking up old friends to see what was going on.
Rest in peace my good friend and mentor.

I too worked with Larry on the Honeywell account and then with him at the Fernbank Museum. His team spearheaded the installation phase of A Walk Through Time in Georgia for me. He was indeed a delight to know and to work with. We were friends.

Greg and I offer our deepest condolences on the loss of my precious cousin. Larry was a great guy, always so kind and peaceful to be with. We enjoyed every moment in his company though they were few and far between. I thank God I was able to see him in June and spend some precious time with him. May God hold him in the Palm of His hand and comfort you until you meet again.
