To the Kogan family:
My deepest sympathies. I also knew Phil all the way up from grade school through high school. He was a good sport always joking and laughing. He was an such a intelligent person. He would be reading a book on molecular biology and I would be reading a book on baseball. Another comrade gone way too soon.
Phil, may you rest in eternal peace.

To the Kogan Family,
I am very sorry to read this about Phil. I remember being in the 3rd grade at K.T. Murphy and having the priveledge of sitting next to him. He was so very smart and just a very nice person. Then going thru Stamford High School. It was wonderful to see him at our class reunion at Woodway Beach Club.
He will be missed. My deepest sympathy and prayers. Michele
