Norena ROLAND Obituary
70 of Springfield, passed away February 16, 2022, in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Springfield, Ohio, on December 5, 1951, the daughter of Norman Wendell and Allena Rummell. She retired from the Muncy Corp with 20 years of service. In her spare time she enjoyed fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Roland; brother Norman W. Rummell, Jr.; and sister Barbara Mc Ginnity. Survivors include her daughter Nicole Rummell; 3 step-sons and one step-daughter; grandson Stephen Wendall Rummell; 2nd daughter Earlonda Lee; friends Debbie Painter and Brian and Christy Dallas. Services to honor Norena will be Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Noon in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Visitation will begin at 11:00AM. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial contributions are requested to the Kidney Foundation. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com.

I wish I had called sooner to at least hear her voice for a last time, Nikki I am terribly sorry for your loss, it hurts me much because she was my friend and one who always gave me strength, advice and spread positivity, we became friends on FB when I was 30 years old, this year marked a 10 years of friendship and I learned so much from her,, she was like a mom to me. My heart is chattered, can't believe she's gone and I couldn't hear her voice for one last time. She will be missed dearly, till we meet again in heaven mom Rena
