We don´t know each other but I just wanted to say that I heard an interview of Elwood on a local radio station here in NC today that was honoring him for his service in the CBI. He said that he was missing his good friend Lou Porto! That was my dad! I just wanted to send my condolences and say that I´m sure Woody and Lou (my dad) are reminiscing in Heaven tonight. It was a thrill to hear your CBI dad mention my CBI dad. All those men in the CBIVA were tight! They had a special bond.
