I worked with Sister Edith at Mercy Hospital in Urbana. She was such a kind and gentle soul and was always there for the patients and staff in time of need. My friend Teresa and I were able to visit several times at St. Bernadine´s and she was still taking care of us, making sure that we had something to eat and a snack for the drive home. I´m sure that Sister Virginia was waiting at the Gates to welcome her home. We will miss her.
