We will always remember the kind, kindred mannerisms of Bill Jung. He was a good man, generous and thoughtful to all, great Dad and Grandfather. Thank you Bill for letting us experience you in your earthly life........the Steve Martin family

Very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We were kids together in the Dellview area of San Antonio. We went to elementary, Jr. High and High School together. But the biggest part of that time was the rock 'n roll group we were members of. The Effecks (yeah we spelled it that way). While we were a kinda rowdy bunch, the music always brought us together and gave us a focus that (largely) kept us out of trouble and taught responsibility. And it was a lot of fun. We even did a little "tour" at one point. I very much regret not reacquainting myself with him in our older days, like I have with a group of other old friends from back then. My deepest condolences to his family.

Grew up with Bill in Dell-View. We were Cub scouts together. Mrs Jung was our Den mother. Bill played guitar in the neighborhood garage band called The Effecks. Won 1st place in the talent show at Whittier junior high. We lost touch when Bill went to Jefferson and i went to Edison.
RIP Bill.
Your neighborhood buddy, Richard Christensen.

My condolences to you and family. Bill and I were good friends. We grew up together playing baseball and music for many years though grade school and middle school. There two of us left out of this picture that still get together. We always talk about Bill and had wished we could have located him. What a fun good friend he was to all of us. RIP my friend.
