My heart breaks for Vicky and her family. We opened stores in Spring Valley trying to bring business to downtown. She was so pleasant, always had a smile and loved to talk about all kinds of things. Her baking, canning and cooking skills were amazing. She is not one I will soon forget. Rest in peace Vic. You have fought a courageous and brave battle.
