Chief Scholhamer worked with me at two assignment locations during her career. I was a young officer in those days. She had a great sense of humor, which she needed in order to work with me. I speak for all who knew her to say she will be remembered. Bon voyage, Joyce.

Ms. Joyce shopped with me at Hallmark and she always made me laugh and honestly made my day. She was so thoughtful when picking gifts, mainly ornaments, out for each one. She knew what she wanted and she talked about those close friends as family. I will truly miss her jokes, laugh and her presence in my life. She absolutely made an impression that will stay with me forever. Thank Ms. Joyce for blessing me with your kindness and friendship.

Ms. Joyce was always so kind and friendly with a smile on her face and a great sense of humor. At church she always greeted me and my young grandson I was raising. Rest in peace, sweet lady!

You left too soon but you always were a leader. Until we meet again, soar with the eagles. I know where to find you. We love you.
