he was pastor at villars chapel when my family all went there. he was a wonderful man with strong convictions but an easy manner about him. my grandparents, mom and dad and sister have passed and my sister and i area both out of the area now but have very good memories of rev. merriman. My thoughts and prayers go to his wife , jeanie, jerry and all of his family.

I met Bill and Janet at Villars Chapel down by Lake Cowan in the early 1960s. With Bill's guidance, I found my Friend Jesus there. Rest In Peace, Bill!
