I knew Roy when he was a broadcaster in Amarillo. We were good friends and I was shocked to learn of his passing just recently. He was a great man who lived life to the fullest. May God bless Di, his many friends and family.

It's with a heavy heart that I send my deepest sympathy to his wife Di and to brother Joe for the loss of your loved one. I worked at Burbank H.S. with brother Joe and Roy was my first student trainer that I ever had a Burbank. I was fortunate to have worked with him his senior year. Roy and I always shared our travel to France plans. My mother Janine Velasquez and his aunt Mary Guadarrama were dear friends. I had the pleasure to work with Roy while at CPSEnergy. May God give his family strength.
