I met Eunice in 1971 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. We were working on a Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling. Along with friend Christine West, we three laughed a lot, went on woodland outings, and shared the struggles and joys of graduate work. Eunice was a rare person who I will never forget.
She vigorously challenged me when I was lacking conviction or energy, and always elevated any conversation by adding her "down home" wisdom. God bless you, Eunice. See you again before too long. We can resume our conversations way up in the middle of the air.

Eunice was a friend and I enjoyed our time together, talking about nutrition and health. She was a very unique and interesting woman. And will be missed. RIP Ms. Meadows. God Bless the family during this difficult time.
