I had the privilege to work with this wonderful man whom I call my friend. Tim had a heart of gold, and always gave with his heart. He would do anything for anyone...... child, adult, or animal.
Words cannot describe the void he has left in this world, however, I know for sure Tim is with God and looking down on all of us.
Rest in peace until we meet again.
Love, Joanne Cox

Tim was my rock in the last several years of my teaching with him. His gentle smile and wit kept my ship afloat when I was sinking in dispair. His students adored him and I know why.

This guy was one of the most memorable and best teachers I had ever had and he will be greatly missed. He was my science teacher in middle school at Schaefer and I remember going to the wilds bc of my excellent grades I got in his class. I loved going to his class. He would always make us laugh and he loved joking around. Told us to just scrape the mold off cheese since cheese was mold also (jokingly). This makes me so sad that you are gone. Rest In Peace Mr. Lavelle.

I am a better person for having Tim Lavelle in my life. I was lucky to get to teach right by his side. He loved his students and his students loved him.
He gave me this sunflower last year which I keep in my car. He knew I loved sunflowers.
