I am so sorry to hear of Ron's death. I graduated high school with him. I also saw him in the post office. He was a very nice and friendly person. My heart breaks for his wife and daughter. May you find comfort in each other and know that God loves you.

He was a mentor who helped shape leaders, never hesitating to point out mistakes while guiding individuals what was right. Ronald Stout's impact extended far beyond his profession as a baker, as he dedicated himself to developing good people into extraordinary individuals.

Ronald possessed an extraordinary gift for sharing his wisdom with those who sought his counsel. Whether faced with monumental decisions or simple quandaries, his insight was unparalleled. Ronald's guidance was always tailored to the needs of others, demonstrating an empathetic understanding of each individual's unique circumstances. He was a beacon of clarity during times of uncertainty, using his wealth of experience to illuminate the right path.

Known for his compassionate nature, Ronald Stout had a heart that welcomed the burdens and struggles of others. His willingness to listen without judgment made him a trusted confidant to many. However, Ronald was not one to shy away from delivering necessary truths. With unwavering honesty and care, he fearlessly confronted wrongdoings, offering a roadmap to redemption and personal growth. His integrity and empathy served as a guiding light for those fortunate enough to receive his guidance.

Ronald Stout's impact as a mentor cannot be overstated. His dedication to nurturing the potential of others brought immeasurable joy to his life. Ronald believed in the transformative power of mentorship, recognizing the profound influence a seasoned guide can have on an individual's journey. He had an unwavering faith in the abilities of those he mentored, even when they themselves doubted. Ronald's unwavering support and belief in their potential ignited a newfound sense of confidence and determination in countless individuals.

Beyond his role as a baker, Ronald Stout possessed an extraordinary talent for developing good people into exceptional individuals. His bakery was not merely a place to satisfy cravings; it was a sanctuary for personal and professional growth. With his warm smile, infectious laughter, and genuine interest in others, Ronald created an environment where friendships flourished, dreams were nurtured, and potential was realized. Many of late nights was spent at his table, kneading the bread, sharing a laugh, and learning those vital lessons of life he shared.

As we bid farewell to our dear friend Ron, we reflect on the profound impact he had on many of our lives. I will forever treasure the wisdom he shared, the compassion he exemplified, and the mentorship he provided. In honoring his memory, I hope to emulate and embrace his values of wisdom, compassion, and relentless pursuit of personal and professional growth.

Ron was a second father to me. He taught me how to bake and shared more love with me then I deserved. I will miss poppa stout till my last breath. He asked that I always watch over his most precious possession being his daughter and that is an honor that I shall proudly keep till my dying day as will many others! I´ve know the entire family from early childhood and Millio´s pizza will never be the same without suck a living and kind man..! I hope when and if I get to heaven he greats me at the gates and says welcome son welcome home! As if any man I know he above all shall forever be in gods loving kingdom. "Guess the lord finally wanted the very best pizza" im sad and tearful my best friend and second father can´t come out and play but I´m happy his suffering has finally ended and the joy of gods kingdom welcomes him..! God bless ya poppa Stout.. I will forever love you!!
