Barbara was a role model to me and many in the community building business. She was always willing to listen and share. I loved working with her in both the City Of Dayton Department of Public Works and Department of Planning and Community Development. I am saddened at her passing. She was a warrior for our neighbors and neighborhoods. My sincere condolences to family. Rest in Power Barbara.
