Dear Neighbor, Jim, I am sorry about Theresa's passing. Over the past few years, it was very comforting to know you and Theresa were only a few doors down from my home. Though our friendships have not been long enough, I value my conversations with your beloved wife. Theresa was joyful, and I will miss chatting with her about community, family, and friends. Hopefully, in the near future, we will get together and celebrate Theresa's life and goodwill. Your neighbor... Cato
