It's June 2024.... just short of 5 months my Mare left us.
Shocked.
My heart hurts
What a beautiful person,
May she rest in peace.

Mare! You promised.
YOU were genuine, then bared your authentic self to me...,
I'm stunned to learn of your passing.
I'm broken.
What a star you were for those of us who where broken. Ergo: Blessed are the cracked
For they allow the light to come in.
Learned from you.
I'm heart-broken that I didn't know. So beside myself months later.
I know YOU know, I still knew (whole heart hit).
Nevertheless, my heart is broken with this confirmation.
Your acknowledgement & understanding during our sessions of patient / therapist parameters were established day 1.
Our friendship grew past our medical relationship honestly, legally. . . .
I am grateful for ALL of you and the rainbow relationship we have known. Rainbow meaning : phases, medical seperation, laughter, tears, sesdioms with Austin.
Oh for one last conversation & laughter....
Our last conversation, I caled you and you were just getting into something (tv, etc)
I miss you.

I am hurt.
What a caring soul!
The last time we spoke (2022) she asked for me to call later as she was watching a program.
I expressed I had uncomfortable vibes regarding her health.
She laughed it off telling me ,"Oh, Julia, I'm in the beginning of a show I want to see."
I said, "No worries. I'll call you later."
My heart is broken.

Mary became a dear friend when she and Frank moved into Winston Place and were our next door neighbors. They immediately became special friends to us. Mary and I enjoyed shopping and lunch dates and phone conversations during the past year. We will miss this lovely, thoughtful and caring friend very much.
