Dear Cathy, David, Ann, and all of the family,
We are deeply sorry for your loss and have you all in our prayers. We are unable to make it up for the funeral from Florida in time for the memorial, but will have all of you in our thoughts. We would like to know how to support your family during this time of need.
Both of your parents meant a lot to us, and Mike was very instrumental in encouraging Jerry´s career. He probably wouldn´t have gotten into government work had it not been for Mike´s endorsement. We are extremely grateful to have known him.
We had many good memories of being together in Canada and Alabama, as well as Dayton.
