Suzanne Graham Gerrard, age 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Suzanne was born in Birmingham, AL to the late John C. Graham, Jr. and Susan Allen Graham. Suzanne was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Dr. William A. Gerrard, III. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Becky Gerrard; son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Trudy Gerrard; six grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Austin, Lily, Emma, Henry, and Everly; sister, Jane Smith; and brothers-in-law, Robert Smith and Stephen Gerrard. She graduated from Georgia State University in 1969 with a bachelor's degree in French. Upon graduation she began working as a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines, where she would spend her career traveling the world until her retirement in 2015. Suzanne's life was dedicated to her family as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Among her many passions were music, writing, and literature. The family will receive friends at Peachtree Christian Church, 1580 Peachtree St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30309 on Saturday, March 9 at 10 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11 AM, and a graveside service at Arlington Memorial Park at 2 PM.
