Linda Goforth Obituary
Linda was born April 23, 1953 in Eads, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Henry Bedford Watson and Ella Johnson Watson. She was married May 28, 1983 to Donald Edward "Don" Goforth who preceded her in death on January 23, 2011. Mrs. Goforth was a family-oriented person who had a deep love for her grandchildren.
Mrs. Goforth is survived by her daughter, Loretta Trejo (Fransisco); three sons, Robert Goforth (Regina), Mark Goforth and Michael S. Goforth (Kelly); her sister, Patsy Oshiro; ten grandchildren, Cody, Brittany, Marcus, Marissa, Corey, Ariel, Jason, Celena, Fransisco and Jose; and three great-grandchildren, Kinley, Hadin and Sebastian. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by six siblings.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Goforth will be at 3 P.M. Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Eads Cemetery with Bro. Mike Hollaway, pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Rossville, officiating.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Jason Goforth, Fransisco Trejo, Jose Trejo, Corey Goforth, Cody Goforth and Bradley Harkness.
The family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center and condolences may be left on our online guestbook at www.PeeblesFuneralHome.com.
