Linda Quinn Obituary

Linda M. Quinn, 77, of Germantown passed away peacefully on July 3, 2024 with her family at her side.

Linda was born in Memphis TN on June 10, 1947. She was the daughter of James J Watts and Marie Boldreghini Watts. Linda married Rick Quinn on May 17, 1970. She was a loyal and loving wife, and a dedicated mother to Michael, Maria and Jennifer. Family was her love, and being a grandmother was the joy of her life. Noni, as she was affectionately called was blessed to see her grandchildren grow into wonderful teenagers and adults, all beautiful souls that she cherished. Linda was passionate about her Italian heritage. She was a great cook and when her spaghetti gravy was cooking on the stove, no one missed dinner. Linda was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church since 1975 and loved both the church and school. Many of Linda's happiest years at Holy Rosary were spent as a part-time teacher. Her former students remember her fondly.

Linda is survived by her husband Rick, daughters Maria (Mike) Essig, Jennifer (Rodney) Lanctot and grandchildren Sophia, Sydney and Olivia Essig, Taylor and Gabriel Lanctot. In addition her brothers J. Warren Watts (Roseanne)and P. Nicholas Watts (Karen)and their families. Linda has joined our son Michael in heaven. The world is a darker place since her passing but heaven is a little brighter.

The visitation will be Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The funeral Mass will be at 10 am, Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Lustarten Foundation.
