David Bills Obituary

David Wayne Bills left his earthly body and worries behind to be received at Heaven's gate by his Savior Jesus Christ on August 1, 2024.

Wayne was born December 15, 1940, to Ruth and Otis Bills of Memphis TN.

Wayne is survived by his sister Carolyn Bills Cloyes, brothers Ray Bills (Celia), John R. Bills (Sarah) and sister Jeannie Bills Byrd (David). He was preceded in death by sisters Dorothy Mae Bills, Vera Bills Buck and a brother James O. Bills. Wayne was a favorite uncle to many nieces and nephews and a true blessing to his family, friends and anyone who met him.

His goodness and humble spirit will never be forgotten and missed by all who knew him.

The family invites friends together Tuesday, August 6 at 11 o'clock for services at Memorial Park Funeral Home 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN. Visitation will be held prior to service starting at 10 o'clock that same day.
