Beverly See Obituary
Beverly Lee See (Shetter) a resident of Washington Township, OH formerly of Middletown, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at Otterbein Senior Life, Middletown at the age of 84. She was born in Middletown on December 30, 1939 to parents, Pauline (Sherer) Shetter & Rutherford Shetter. Beverly graduated from Middletown High School in 1957. Throughout her life she was a beloved and involved member of all the communities she lived in, caring for friends in need and making desserts and meals for others. Beverly loved being a homemaker. Beverly's life and memory continues on through the family that she loved; her daughters, Diane Buckner of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, Suzanne (Tom) Straus of Springboro, OH, step-daughter Stephanie Belcher of Hayesville, NC; grandchildren, Alexandria (Rich) Merz, Broderick (Kelsey) Smith, Logan (Jean) Buckner, Lindsey Marchi, Bradford (Leah) Marchi & Andrew Straus; 2 great –grandchildren Oliver & Elliott Merz, along with relatives & dear friends. Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles F. See; brother and sister-in-law Ruey & Mary Kathryn Shetter; sister and brother-in-law Charlene (Harry) White; brothers and sister-in-law's Jack & Lois See, David & Jo See, Lance & Margie See and her beloved dogs. The family would like to thank the nurses and aides at Otterbein Senior Life Middletown) they would especially like to thank Hospice of Otterbein for the comfort care they provided. Funeral Service will be private at the convenience of the family. Please contribute to your local animal shelter in Beverly's memory.
