Craig Sanderson Obituary
Craig was born August 18, 1965 in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of the late Robert Gene Sanderson and Peggy Ann Collins Sanderson. He graduated in 1983 from Sheffield High School in Memphis and he spent 40 plus years working for the family-owned business, Protection Unlimited Security. Craig attended Christian Heritage and loved being with his grandchildren. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, hanging out by the bonfire and golfing.
Mr. Sanderson is survived by three sons, Chris Sanderson (Colby) of Bartlett, TN, Collin Sanderson (Danielle) of Somerville, TN and Hudson Sanderson of Charleston, SC; four sisters, Chere Bradshaw (William) of Cordova, TN, Loren Sanderson (Curt) of Shelbyville, TN, Connie Sanderson of Memphis, TN and Ashley Sanderson of Murfreesboro, TN; and two grandchildren, Wyatt Sanderson of Somerville, TN and "B" Hartley Sanderson of Somerville, TN.
A visitation for Mr. Sanderson will be from 10 A.M. to 12 noon Monday, January 13, 2025 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Funeral Services will be at 12 noon Monday, January 13, 2025 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Remarks will be given by Hudson Sanderson, Danielle Sanderson and Chris Sanderson. Interment will follow in the Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Highway 64.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Christopher Sanderson, Collin Sanderson, Hudson Sanderson, Rick Collins, Scott Young and Stan Whitmire. Honorary pallbearers will include Wyatt Sanderson.
