William Nixon Obituary
Nickie graduated from Christian Brothers High School. He was the owner of Nixon Lumber Company and built several custom houses in Collierville. Nickie had a lifelong passion for animals and nature. He had many hobbies, including traveling, boating, camping, hunting, fishing and even had a small zoo at his home in Collierville. He was a pilot and flew on many trips to interesting destinations.
The visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. until the service time at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to charitable organizations of your choice.
