Patricia Berry Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery on Mar. 5, 2025.
Patricia Ann Berry, age 95, died peacefully, surrounded by her family at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
She was born on August 24, 1929 in Jersey City, New Jersey to Marie and Frank DeGeorge. She married Robert Melvin Berry of Cranston, Rhode Island on April 18, 1953.
Patricia and her family lived in many different states: New Jersey, Hawaii, Wisconsin, and finally Tennessee. Patricia was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church - Memphis, Tennessee for many years.
She will be remembered for her impeccable style, her beautiful handwriting, and for her love of her four Cairn Terriers, (over the years) - Giovanni, Giuseppe, Maggio, and Giorgio.
Patricia loved to dance, dine out, and go to see movies, plays, and concerts. More than anything, she loved Frank Sinatra, and had the pleasure of seeing him live in concert numerous times.
She was and always will be a proud Italian "Jersey Girl", where family came first!
As a wonderful Mother, Nana, Godmother, and Friend, she remained the matriarch of her family and was a true inspiration for all who knew her and loved her.
PATRICIA DID IT HER WAY!
Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Antoinette DeGeorge, her father, Frank Thomas DeGeorge, and her loving husband, Robert Melvin Berry (the love of her life). She is survived by her son, Robert Anthony Berry, her daughters, Susan Marie Seebeck (Mike), and Pattie Ann Coxe (Paul). Other survivors include her beloved grandchildren Michael Anthony Seebeck, David Christopher Seebeck (Kristi) and Jessica Marie Ganey (Neal), Alec Coxe, and great granddaughters, Olivia Marie Ganey, Kinsey Owens (Hunter), and great, great grandson, Easton Owens.
The Berry Family will receive family and friends for visitation on Friday, March 7, 2025 at Memorial Park Funeral Home in the Fireside Chapel from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with a Rosary service beginning at 7:30pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 10:00am at St. Louis Catholic Church. Burial will follow at All Saints Catholic Cemetery.
