Adalynn Starr "Addie" Yager Obituary
Adalynn Starr “Addie” Yager, age 16, resident of Moscow, Tennessee, departed this life Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee.
Adalynn was born January 22, 2009 in Memphis, the daughter of Courtney Tucker Yager and the late Trey Yager. She was currently a sophomore at Gateway Christian School and was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Moscow. She loved all animals including frogs, lizards, dogs and even had a pet bearded dragon. Adalynn enjoyed listening to music and was a very crafty person who enjoyed making bracelets and necklaces. She loved cooking and had dreams of going to culinary school.
Adalynn is survived by her mother, Courtney Yager and two brothers, Samuel Tucker Yager and Thomas Mitchell Yager of Moscow, TN.
Funeral Services for Adalynn were held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Bro. Bobby Williams, pastor of Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Moscow, officiating. Interment followed in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Moscow.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Tyler Ferge, Charlie Ferge, TJ Farris, Dalton Farris, Dakota Hunsucker and Tommy Breeden.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Fayette County Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 44, Rossville, TN 38066.
