Glynna Mills Obituary

Glynna Joann Mills, age 72, entered into the joy and peace of her eternal home on April 28, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on December 1, 1952, Glynna lived a life marked by faith, quiet strength, and a heart full of love for her family. She is survived by her son, Derek Mills (Alysha), their children John Derek and Brigid; and her daughter, Jenna Kern (Brett), and their children Kendall, Chloe, Colin, and Caden. Her family was her greatest joy, and her unwavering love will be forever cherished by all who knew her. Though we mourn her loss, we rejoice knowing that Glynna is healed, whole, and filled with the everlasting peace and joy of Heaven. As Revelation 21:4 reminds us, "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." Glynna's legacy of faith, love, and perseverance lives on in the hearts of her family and friends. We give thanks for her beautiful life and take comfort in knowing we will see her again one day. A visitation for Glynna will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Compel Church (Olive Branch), 7790 Davidson Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM.
