Judith Grocott Obituary
Bow, NH - Judith (Judy) H. Grocott, 91, of Bow, NH died Thursday, June 5 at Concord Regional VNA Hospice House.
Judy was raised in Stoneham and Melrose, MA and graduated from Melrose High School in 1951. She went on to obtain her Registered Nursing degree from New England Deaconess School of Nursing, graduating in 1955.
Judy was married for 55 years to John Grocott until his passing in 2012.
During her career, Judy worked as a RN at Deaconess, Melrose Hospital, and later at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. she often volunteered at New London Hospital in New London, NH.
She was a member of the D.A.R, Kappa Delta Psi - Melrose, N.E. Deaconess School of Nursing Alumni Association and National Association of Leavitt Families, Inc.
She is survived by her four children: Steve Grocott of Windsor, CT; Susan Jones of Bow, NH; Sally Moses of Honolulu, HI; Jennifer Brink of Selbyville, DE; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Baker Free Library, 509 South Street, Bow, NH 03304 or New England Deaconess School of Nursing Alumni Association
