Leland Jennings, age 81, resident of Oakland, Tennessee, departed this life on Friday, August 8, 2025.
Leland was born January 6, 1944, in Louisville, Mississippi, the son of Leland and Melvina Jennings. He graduated from Louisville High School and attended a vocational college.
Leland was a plant manager for Utility Products and Quality Steel. He enjoyed hunting and raising all kinds of animals.
Mr. Jennings is survived by his son, John Douglas Jennings; one sister Bonnie Adams; two brothers Robert Jennings, Tony Jennings, and three grandchildren Alex Jennings, Matthew Jennings, Brandon Jenings and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by four sisters, Mary, Edna, Charlene, Gracie and three brothers, David, Joel and Joe.
